My Wife and I were relocating to Edmonton and after being away for 12 years were not aware of the new areas that had been developed. We had a recommendation that Sasa Livancic of Reality Executive Progressive would be the best person to help us get through the maze of listing and communities. We gave our requirements to Sasa and he went to work. Not only did he provide us a wide variety of homes to consider he also was a great listener and easily modified the homes as he received feedback from us during the viewing. Some of the best qualities that we found in Sasa was his diligence and patience with our picky nature. While we were looking at homes we were impressed that if he noticed a “glitch” in the showing he pointed it out to us rather than waiting for us to notice or hope we did not notice it. When it came to the negotiating of the price he had a very good feel for what the price should be and made a suggestion as to what we should offer and held firm on that offer or got fair market “add-ons” if the seller countered. Sometimes even suggesting that we walk away or let it sit for a while and come back at it. We truly felt he was working for us and had our best interest in mind at all times. We would recommend Sasa as an ethical, hardworking professional that we would not hesitate in using again.

My husband and I first met Sasa in 2015 when we decided to find a realtor to help us locate a home for our son and grandchildren. We had looked on and off by ourselves and realized how much work it was and so we collected a list of realtor contacts from the properties we had seen, noted their contact information from the signage and called all of them. Sasa was the only one who called back. His call was professional, polite and to the point - "how can I help". We set up a meeting with him and after that day we made our mind up that we would work with him on our project. We worked with him through the summer and we were impressed with his work ethic, professionalism and honesty. And while we eventually decided to hold off on the decision to relocate our grandchildren, we felt the time was right to list a rental property we had and of course we gave the listing to Sasa. He gave us solid background information on similar properties, gave us advice on the listing price and he started to host open houses almost immediately and through his efforts the property was sold shortly thereafter. Both my husband and I have worked with several realtors over the years, some good, some average and some not so good. Sasa is not in any of these categories, Sasa is excellent. He is an honest hardworking professional who is also self-effacing. Whenever I would thank him for his time in showing me houses that I never did make an offer on, he would note that he was just doing his job. And he's a great guy, what's not to like!
